Once upon a time, I was a thin person. However, over time things changed. I had tried many different weight loss programs, but was not satisfied with the results. With the 20/30 program, I saw immediate results. Before, I never wanted to get on the scale but with this program, it became exciting to step on the scale each morning to see how much weight I lost the previous day. I have more energy, my clothes fit better, and my skin looks healthier. I am even sleeping better at night. I am doing the 20/30 program not just for myself, but also for my family so I can be healthy and around for them. Over my 30 days, I lost 17 pounds and 17 inches overall and I feel great!
