Assistant General Manager Job Description:This is a shared responsibility position. The two Assistant General Managers will report directly to the Owners. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, managing the day to day operations and budgets of Hospitality, Building and Maintenance including Clean Team, Pro-Shop, Smoothie Bar, Food and Beverage, Rentals and Birthday Parties, Current Children's Departments. When owners are unavailable, Sales, Marketing and Administration. Work directly with Directors and Managers to provide the best product and service to our members and clients while maintaining both the departments, P and L, as well as, capital budgets. To instill a culture that serving our members, and their needs are our top priority. To help develop and implement new programs, build teams, guide and hold Directors and Managers accountable. Help company with vision, planning and building community relationships.

Swim Lessons Instructor
Job Description: Red Cross Certified WSI instructors needed for summer employment. Hours will be weekdays (Monday through Thursday) in the mornings 9:30am-12pm and/or in the evenings 4:30-6:30pm, as well as, Saturday mornings 9-11am. You will be working with children mostly, some adult lessons possible, as well as, potential to teach private swim lessons.
