Harford Health and Fitness, dba, The Arena Club began in 1996 at the Aberdeen location.  In 2003 The Arena Club was opened to offer a full scale health and wellness center with over 80,000 square feet of fitness and recreation to Harford County residents.  The Arena Club is the only locally owned full-service health and wellness center in Harford County.  Since opening in 2003 the club has grown to meet the needs of thousands of residents of Harford County, Maryland.  In addition, the club employees over 200 local residents and gives back to the community each year since its' inception.
