Les Mills GRIT Coach
The Arena Club is seeking a Certified LesMills GRIT Coach to join our team.  Candidate must have an active certification, minimum of 6 months experience teaching the LMG program and also have evening and weekend availability.


Summer Camp Counselors
The Arena Club is now accepting applications for summer camp counselors.  Applicants must be 18 years or older.  Children’s experience preferred.

Before & After School Group Leader or Assisted Group Leader 
Provides quality care for school aged children in a clean, safe environment after school. Additional hours are also available for mini-camps that are held when Harford County Schools are closed.  Click here for full job description.


Clean Team 

We are seeking motivated, friendly, mature, detail oriented and responsible people to work with our team to complete the daily cleaning of all areas of the club by wiping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or scrubbing with appropriate cleaners. Including cleaning and supplying showers and restrooms and emptying trash from the building. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. CleanTeam hours of operation are from 1 pm – 1am Monday thru Friday in shifts from 4 – 8 hours. Weekend hours are from 2pm – 10pm in shifts from 4-8 hours. Cleaning experience preferred but not required. Must be willing to learn.

Head Guard
Under the supervision of the Aquatic Director the Head Guard is responsible for the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the swimming pool during operating hours.  The primary function of the Head Guard will be to safeguard the health and safety of The Arena Club members, class participants, and guests.  Click here for full job description.

Lifeguard II (Pool Operator)
Under the direction of the Aquatic Director or other assigned staff, the lifeguard (Grade II) will bear responsibility for the safety, cleanliness, and operation of the swimming pool during operation hours.  The primary function of the lifeguard will be to safeguard the health and safety of The Arena Club members, class participants, and guests.  Current Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications, Pool Operator's certification required.  Minimum 1-3 years experience as a certified lifeguard.  Click here for full job description.

Certified Lifeguards
Safeguards and regulates conduct of pool patrons. Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations. Rescues patrons and performs appropriate follow-up procedures, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid. Hours needed immediately are 5am - 10am or 10am - 4pm. Applications for summer positions are also being accepted. 


Membership Sales Representative

A Membership Sales Representative will contribute and generate revenue to the club through honest and enthusiastic membership sales and services. You are required to participate in advertising and promotions in and outside the club. To create relationships with Members that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and community within the club. Create membership solutions for all interested parties: prospect and solicit individuals, corporates and others for membership involvement through direct marketing, leads creation and membership referrals. Master Personal Trainer and Strength Coach
Candidate must have a diverse knowledge of the industry with a minimum of six months experience. Must be proficient in safe and appropriate exercise prescriptions for all populations. Personal Trainer

Diverse knowledge of the industry with a minimum of six month experience. Proficient in safe and appropriate exercise prescription for all populations. Excellent customer service skills. Organized and detail oriented. Team player with professional communication and discretion. Reliable and consistent. Demonstrate hard work and diligence. Having a book of clientele is ideal. BS or MS in Exercise Physiology is preferred. Current AED/CPR and First Aid certification required. Nationally accredited personal training certification required. Preferred certifications include; NSPA, NSCA, NASM, ACSM.
